- Click and Collect Service
2.1 Our Click and Collect service allows you to order products online and collect them from our designated collection point.
2.2 Some items are available for same day collection, others will be available within 3-5 working days
2.3 Our Click and Collect service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Click and Collect order for any reason.
- Ordering Process
3.1 To place a Click and Collect order, you must follow the ordering process on our website.
3.2 After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and collection instructions.
- Collection
4.1 You must collect your order within the specified collection window.
4.2 When collecting your order, you must provide a copy of your order confirmation email.
4.3 If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may nominate a representative to collect it on your behalf. Your representative must provide a copy of your order confirmation email.
